Masseur is a regulated profession in Poland and registered in the European regulated professions database as follows:

Masseur/Massage therapist/Spa therapist/Masseur-Aesthetician is a directly related regulated profession with title “Masażysta” (Massager (EN)) recognized under Directive 2005/36/EC (5), ID 4621 General system of recognition- primary application.

Qualification level: DSE - Diploma (post-secondary education), including Annex II (ex 92/51, Annex C, D) , Art. 11 c (7). Useful link: http://www.mz.gov.pl .
